There are games out there that might ‘help’ – try midtown madness 1 or 2 – old and cack BUT it’s american driving. Or GTA: San Andreas on PS2…..
I don’t know of any simulator programs that you could use…maybe Atari’s Grand Prix (just kidding). I think that generally speaking driving in the USA is easy because everyone respects the law (the signs, lights, etc). Usually here the accidents happen when someone…runs a red light or turns in front of someone – just not paying attention. Whereas if you drive in South American countries no one respects lights and everyone wants to be first and its a chaotic mess. If you are going to a largely populated area (like New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago or Houston and you are using the interstate then you need to know exactly how to get where you’re going. And it sounds like you have to get used to driving backwards too. We use Miles per hour and you all use kilo. per hour also.
